Landing Gear Repair

Strength beneath every landing — precision, reliability, and craftsmanship you can trust.

At Airline Support Baltic(ASB), landing gear maintenance is carried out with the same discipline and dedication that define all our work — combining craftsmanship, engineering precision, and years of earned experience.
Our Landing Gear Workshop provides complete overhaul, repair, and inspection services, fully certified under EASA Part-145 and OTAR-145, with approvals from Aruba, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Georgia, Guernsey, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom.

With complete in-house capabilities and dedicated tooling, we ensure every gear assembly is restored to full operational condition — safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
From cleaning and inspection to final hydraulic testing, every step is performed under strict quality control and manufacturer standards.

Our approach is straightforward: no shortcuts, no surprises — only precision that keeps aircraft performing predictably, flight after flight.

Our In-House Capabilities Include:

  • Cleaning line — thorough degreasing and preparation for inspection
  • Sandblasting line — surface treatment and corrosion removal with precision control
  • Machine shop equipment — including lathe and milling machines for part repair and fabrication
  • NDT shop — full FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) capabilities for crack detection
  • Painting lines — corrosion protection and high-quality finish for restored components
  • Hydraulic power unit — testing capacity up to 10,000 psi to verify gear system performance

At ASB, landing gear repair is more than maintenance — it’s the assurance that every touchdown is as safe and steady as the takeoff.
